General Terms and conditions:

•  We regret that pets are not permitted.
• 200 NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE APPLIED TO YOUR RESERVATION.
• A $250 CREDIT CARD VOUCHER IS REQUESTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL (IT WILL NOT BE CHARGED) AS A GUARANTEE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
• All payments must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival. 
• All reservations are subject to a one time cleaning fee.
• All reservations subject to 13% tax.

Cancellation policy:

• 7 days or less: full forfeiture of rent less non refundable deposit.
• 8 to 30 days: equivalent to 4 night's rent cancellation fee less non- refundable deposit.
• 31 to 60 days: $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITT will not be refunded.
• 61 days or more: NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITT will not be refunded .
